Brake light failure

My 1991 f-150 keeps blowing the brake light fuse. I change the fuse press the brake the light is on, as it should be. I press it several times it looks good. I go for a drive after a time the light has gone out. I disconnected the trailer cable harness to see if there is a short in it, but it's still going out. The brake light wire seems to be run through a plastic conduit along the length of the frame, so I think there would not be a short in that area. Can any one think of where a possible short could happen?

You have a wire rubbed through and the vibration of driving is causing it to go short and knock out the fuse. These can be tough you are going to have to chase out the wires looking for bare spots.
