I've been trying to remove the DPFE Sensor off of my 99 Explorer 5.0 for hours and can't seem to have success with it. I tried doing a search but can't seem to find anything. Is there an easy way of doing it? Because the DPFE sensor is in the back of the motor facing away from me, the screws or bolts (can't tell) are out of reach. What tools did you guys use to take it off? I am trying not to take it to the shop for this. Thanks in advance
I'll try using a mirror to check out the screws/bolts. How to get it off is what I'm worried about without the proper tool. I literally have roughly four inches on each side to work with.
