141-bank 1 sensor 2 is behind the cat O2 - says it has an issue with the heater circuit. This may not be a bad sensor but maybe the wiring hrrness to or away from it. If the PCM does not sense the O2 getting warm, then it does not get a signal saying so. It might be warm, but the PCM doesn't know it. Check out the wiries and look for any open circuit. Autozone.com has all the wiring diagrams with color codes to help you.

Other 1400 code is the DPFE sensor on the EGR circuit. Says the flow reading is low compared to what is expected. I would suspect a bad EGR valve. The PCM says go open to "X" but the DPFE sensor only sees "Y" and so the flow is not there. Maybe a bad EGR actuator solenoid or maybe a bad DPFE sensor itself. Fun troubleshooting isn't it?
