ok new pcv and full tank drove all over houston stop and go and hwy we got 13-14mpg.owell i love this truck

I drive a 5.4 4 X 4 off road, with 3:55 gears. I average 16.5-17 mpg

I'm not complaining, and "if" I ever got 21 mpg, I'd have a heart attack !!!!

Wanna talk poor milleage...............?? Ask me what a DODGE 5.9 gets !!!!!!! ;-)

I have had 5 Dodges and none got better than 13mpg. I hit 18 mpg ONCE going 55 on a straight piece of Oregon Highway.

That is one of the top 10 reasons I won't own a Dodge Ram.

my 99 sd 3.73 auto 5.4 got 18.15 on the highway at 65 mph(22 mpg Canadian}

with the cruise control on, and no add ons or modifications

just took a 250mi trip and got 17.3 but i have a led foot off the line love the sound of my flowmaster

I'm getting 13.8 round town and got almost 18 last trip I took. 5.4, 4x4 Supercrew.

I just love to hear from all of you getting better mpg. then i do,,,,drive the speed limit,keep tuned up,this thing has so few parts to replace that it's almost new.BUT it's paid for and i only put on 2200 miles a year.Could be the price of gas changing so often that it is confused...............?
