V10 engine dimensions

I am planning a swap. and I need the dimensions on the V10.bottom of pan to top, front to rear and sise to side of a complete engine. I have searched all over the net and cant find a thing. Even sent Ford a couple of emails(with no answer, thats gratitude for you) I dont want to do the standard 429/460 swap (I have 2 429s 1 a SCJ the other a PI). I want to do it different. HELP

the crank is 26.62 inches over all length. thats the only thing i can find so far. if it helps, i've been told that the engine is only 2.5 inches longer than a 302.

First off, welcome aboard!

Secondly, I would recommend you stop by your favorite local Ford dealer and size it up yourself. If not, check with the crew at the V10 forum a little further down the forum list.

i was thinking, wouldn't it be the same size as a 5.4l hieght and width? they are after all the same motor(relatively) but with the 5.4l missing 2 cylinders.

Come on guys. I tried to do it on one that is in the truck, the new trucks arent like the antiqes, popped the hood and its pretty much fender to fender. somebody out there has pulled one of these out to do some kind of work on it, give me a hand fellas and use a tape measure on it please. then post it. I know it would help a lot of people.
