Just go to the parts store and get some vacuum line and a T, some hose clamps if necessary, and fix it....

Boy, your posting is hard to figure out.

If I understand you, I am assuming you are talking about the vacuum lines that plug into a black connector that is plugged into the Air Conditioner system on the passenger side of the truck. Mentally I recall red, black and white lines.

Depending on which line is not hooked up, you may get a check engine light and or the cruise control will stop working. Probably the AC will also not work properly, but I haven't checked that issue.

For some reason, whenever I work on that side of the engine, I wind up unplugging that connector by accident and then getting check engine lights.

Like the guy said, go get some vinyl vacuum line at a parts store and some hose connectors to splice in some line. If the line is broken off at the rubber connector, I guess the only fix is to get a new one from the dealer or maybe one of the FTE sponsors sell these parts. Or maybe if you are careful you can remove or ream out the broken off piece and put some new line in the plug.

Good Luck,

Jim Henderson
