Pre 71 timing chain part number

is 2122 the correct part number for a pre 71 timing chain, and will this affect hp and torque by switching from a 75 timing chain?

Why have a part number, go in and ask the counter moron for a timing set for a 1970, 460 in an F250 truck. Make him double check that their parts idiots haven't decided that one timing set is all that is needed and only have the late style set anymore, otherwise 2 different part numbers.
