electronic speed control? Governer?
I have a 99 F250 SD, 2wd with auto trans, 5.4 litre V8...
when travelling across the central US, in TX, NM, AZ, i was not able to get the truck past 94 mph. at that speed, it started bucking, as if the spark had been cut. does anyone know of this to be a truth, or was it just my truck having a problem at that speed. if it is speed controlled, can it be unlocked or de-activated? thanks for looking
