63 - TP circuit below minimum voltage
Replace the Throttle Positions sensor. I have seen this before exact same symptoms.

Wink Throttle Position Sensor

Hey WTRoger...You were right about the code! I replaced the TPS over the weekend and the old truck is running great! I want to thank everyone on here for all the help!! Thanks guys!

I Love this site,And thank all of you for saving me a lot of money.Mine has 157000 miles and things are getting old,(like me)but you guys just took care of my surging problem......THANK YOU All
