I got mine at Advance auto parts. If you have one of those stores around you tell them you want walker part number 45166.
Here's their website. Type in 45166 in the search space, then enter your zip code. Hopefully they have a store near you. If for some reason they ask the year of the vehicle tell them anything 87 to 96 F-series with the 300. If you tell them anything before 87 if won't be the right part. You want it to bolt up the EFI exhaust manifolds.

I just called the local performance exhaust joint and they said they could get it for me for $100CAD (about $80USD). Not too bad I suppose since If I bought it off a US parts megastore I would be paying $60USD + shipping (free shipping is only for mainland US) + taxes (border) + possible brokerage fee (if UPS).
