1972 F100 chrome grill inserts, Need
I have 1972 F100, does any body know where I can buy the chrome strip for the grille inserts? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You can buy new chrome grill inserts from Dennis Carpenter but just the chrome I dont know

'72 ford trucks do not have a chrome insert in the grill. You may be talking about a '71. Not trying to be nit-picky but that may help you in your search.

lmc has new grills and insert ect for those years , i just bought new ones for my 71, and they were perfect.

'72 had the option of having the bright (stainless?) horizontal trim in the center of the inserts though, right?

I have never seen any bright or chrome on a '72 grill insert. '71 did have the center horizontal bar with that finish.

72's only had one grill option, that was the insert section into four quarters with a painted aluminum colored matte finish.

www.lmctruck.com has reg. inserts and billet inserts hope it helps
