Hi All,
I am looking for transmission and axle information - specifically what they are called ( i.e. Dana 60 rear end, TorqueFlight transmission, etc.) and what the ratios are.
I am thinking about going with high capacity magnetic aftermarket pans from MagHyTech to help keep the fluids cleaner and need to know which ones I should be looking at.
I have a 2005 Ford F350 SRW with auto transmission and the 6.0 PSD and Tow Command.

Then you have the 5R110 Torque Shift transmission, a D60 front axle, and a Visteon / Sterling 10.5 rear axle. The rear axle on the 350 is slightly different than the 250. YOu have 37 spline shafts and 1.57" inch axle shafts, compared to the 250 which has 35 spline axle shafts that are 1.5" thick.

Thanks BFR250SD, now do what do you know about the transfer case??
It depends on if you have the ESOF or the manual. You could have either the New Venture 273 or New Venture 271.
271 is the manual and 273 is the electronic. Both are rated for 7890 ft/lbs of torque, weigh approx 120 lbs each, hold about 4 qts of fluid, and are good for vehicles up to 17500 GVW.
Anything else?

Well to shift into 4WD I have to rotate the dash-mounted switch and then get out and lock my hubs. So I guess I have the 273 version? I don't have a separate shift lever on the floor for 4WD.
And no, that about covers it for now! Thanks for the info!
