not alot, if it's a v8 have 6 quarts of oil on hand, if it's an I6 (300) have 5, get a cherry picker or engine hoist, unbolt the motor mounts raise it up a few inches take it off and replace the gasket and the pan. u shouldn't have to unbolt anything except maybe the exhaust.
