I need a vacuum diagram for a holley motorcraft 2100 (or 2150) to a 1970 f250. My truck is running with the current setup, but i want to get it set up right. Motor's running too rich now and flooding the motor...
It's a motorcraft, when I have time, I'll try to draw up a diagram. Any info would help. Any photo's of somebody's setup that works would at least give me an idea...
I can only think of two vacuum hoses on that carb, the vacuum advance hose (small 1/4" OD) for the distributor and the other for the PCV (large 1/2" OD??). There are two other hoses that supply warm air to the choke and vent the bowl but that's about all I can think of off the top of my head. How many vacuum lines are you worried about?

Those are both supplied heated air off of the exhaust manifold. I don't think they're vacuum lines. Just vent lines. My metal line to the manifold fell off one day so I just left it.
You need to cap off ALL the vacuum line on the carb except one. It's a small one on the body, it's on the front on the right side of the carb as you look at it. It hooks to your vacuum advance. The one to the PCV valve is 3/8 and is on the front of the base of the carb. The big on on the rear of the base goes to the brake booster if you have one. The one on top (if it's there) goes to the carbon can, it can be capped off. I'm going by my '79s MC2150 carb.
