Lifted 1973 Broncos Value

What would the value be, or a good price to buy a 1973 Bronco for. It has power steering, no power brakes (although it does stop very well). It has a D44 front, rebuilt with 4.11 gears, stock shafts. 9" rear, rebuilt with 4.11 gears, stock shafts. Under the hood is a 302, has been rebuilt, runs prefect, no smoke at all. 3 speed tranny, D20 t-case. Brand new flowmaster exhaust. Lifted 5.5" with coils and blocks, and a 3 inch body lift. Sittin on Eagle rims with 39.5x13.5r15 Iroks with 95% tread (which i plan on replacing with 35x12.50's). For the body, minimal rust, none on the body panels, a little on the inner fenders. Not a single dent or bondo to be seen. Fenders have been cut to fit the huge tires (no biggie). For the interior, no rust on the floor boards at all. Has a hard top on it, every window on the truck is perfect, Brand new bucket seats. It does need a paint job, it is faded pretty bad. And last but not least, every light and switch works on it. If yall could please give me a good idea how much much this may be worth. I am planning on trading my truck for it. Thanks

A LOT. A 73 Bronco in that condition with out a lift and tires would easily go for 5K around where I live, and I would have to say a good bit more with lift and tires.
