Rotation pattern
What is the specified tire rotation pattern for my 1983 Ford F150 2WD? Does it employ a front cross pattern or is this just a Front Wheel Drive pattern?

I usually rotate the drive wheels straight and crossover the non drive wheels. So on your truck the rear wheels would stay on the same side in the front and the front left would got to the right rear, etc...
