Small engine valve clearance

I have a Wisconsin WI-390 gas engine, does anybody know what the valve clearance is supposed to be? The PO tore it apart, said something about a valve noise, and they are at about .015", but I can't find a spec for them anywhere. Anybody got a service manual?

.015 is way too high, I'd think somewhere around .004 or so would be closer to correct.

just rebuilt a wisconsin not sure on the model number was but it stated .003-.004 on the tag. what size is the one you looking at? but they should all be close. under 10 hp.
