flywheel torque spec

hi there

sorry to keep pestering everone, I need the torque spec for the flywheel on a 69 360 also the main caps. is there a place where I can find this I've been trying to get a shop manual but no luck yet

For the flywheel 75-85#, main bearings 95-105#. This is from a Chilton's 65-80 trucks. This is not rocket science with a FE unless it's a performance build.
