Torque specs for clutch on 390

Didnt know where to post this but, does anyone know what the torque specs are for the flywheel-to-engine, and the pressure plate-to-flywheel are? Please help cause I HAVE to do this tommorow. Its a 390 with a diphram type clutch. Thanks.
