Keyless entry

I am trying to install an alarm/remote start/keyless entry unit. I have factory keyless entry that I am trying to bypass. I hooked it up according to the alarm diagrams which said it was a 5-wire alternating system. The way they said to do it was using 2 30A relays. I cant get it to work though. I am pretty sure it is not the alarm. Has anyone tryed to do this and can point me in the right direction? Oh ya and the truck is a 94.

Thanks in advance for any help

It was just the keyless, it was working fine. I just wanted to add an alarm and remote start and wanted to keep it all on one remote. I guess I should have left it alone but it is to late now.
