I have no hazard flashers on 75 f-100. Went to Checker and Autozone and they say no hazard flasher fuse on 75's. Where is it and what do I need to ask for?
Can you find the hazard flasher? You should have two flashers. One for the turnsignals, and one for the 4-way flashers. Find the correct one, unplug it, and get a testlight or meter, and see if you have power on one of the plug terminals.
It should be hanging around under the dash somewhere. I am not too familiar with your year truck, but I did work on the 4-ways one time for a guy on an older truck your year or a little bit earlier. He had changed cabs, and the cab had 4 ways, but it was almost like it was an option, with a switch on the dash, not standard and built in to the column like the newer vehicles. If your truck has had a sorted past, you may have a hard time piecing it all together.
What kind of 4-way flasher switch do you have? Is it on the column or mounted in the dash? In either case, try to trace the wiring away from the switch. One of the wires will lead to the flasher, or a plug with two spots where the flasher is supposed to plug in.
they look like a small silver drum hanging from 2 wires one of them is turn signal the other is hazard. it is located above the parking brake and sometimes are shoved up and behind the dash. you will find them.
