1. I want to add some heighth to the truck - so can I add a lift kit or suspension kit to it to raise it up? If so who should I go with?
2. The steering column has an aftermarket turn signal switch mounted on the column (the column is a 3 on the tree). This looks cheesy so I want to get an orginal or one that looks original, any advice on where I can get this?

I 2nd what D.G.22 states about John's F-Fun Hundred, best Dealer you'd ever want to do business w/!
See that's the fun thing about the years our trucks were manufactured, 'cause Turn Signals were an Option & Not required by Law @ that time.
So what you've there is a truck that came from the Factory W/O one Originally & one of the Former Owners was forced to purchase that After Market Job to comply w/ the Law of the Land, so if you replaced it, hang onto it as part of your trucks history.
