Fluid Capacities Help

I just bought a 1986 F250 6.9L Diesel 2WD yesterday and I noticed in the owner's manual the section on diesel information on things like fluid capacities is missing from within. I need help!

- Oil capacity
- Oil Weight (best all year round 10w-30W ???)

crankcase = 10 qts with filter
oil weight = 10-30 or 30w if not getting below 32f
trans - auto = 29 qts. manual = 29 qts.
coolant = 29qts.

fordborn the manual tranny does not use 29 quarts. also the chart recommends 15w40 for temps above 32 degrees. 1540 or 5w40 is a ideal oil for you year round. i would use the 5w40 if the temps go below 32 degrees. just make sure it is a diesel rated oil and NOT a PCMO it must be a HDEO. also the oil capacity is 14 quarts
