Can't find DLC

I opted for a small block 5.8 w/ a stick and hoped the gearing would make up the power diff and attempt to get some MPG... It does awesome w/ a 24 foot enclosed trailer w/ 3750 lb car tools and tires... cruises comfortably at highway speed but needs a good running start on big hills. Running in 3rd gear at about 3700 RPM's she'll pull up anything with that load... and get 8 - 10 MPG.

Hey! Thanks for asking. I didn't get to it 'til today after work. Took over an hour and had to tear apart the entire lower dash, but I found it. Turns out at some time the truck must've had a security system in it and the brain box for that was in the way. Plus whoever installed the alarm taped the DLC way up high, out of reach and site. I was getting pretty upset by the time I finally found it! But while I was in there... Freaky me did some house cleaning and was able to put everything back w/o tie raps or wires hanging out from under the dash. I also stuck a picture of it out there. Sounds like you have the truck I really wanted... but couldn't afford!
