Throttle Position Sensor

Item number: 8009187743 on Ebay right now.
(just copy and paste the item number into the ebay search)

It is called TPS-TEC throttle position enhancer. It is supposed to smooth out dead spots in voltage and allow optimum performance at WOT. I have known a few 5.0 Mustang guys in the past that used this or something similar. Does anybody know what it actually does? Is the description accurate? I was wondering if this would work on our trucks. Especially since mine is a 302 w/ mass air. It looks like my truck's tps has the same connector. Has anyone used one of these before?

IMO, it's about as good as a tornado, save the cash for something else.

All that device does is trick your EEC into thinking the throttle body is more open than it is, by changing the output very slightly.

Really useful
