The Diagram I posted above was for a 1988 Ford Van, here is the one for a 1987-1988 F Series Truck.

Okay, cannot find a bad fuse link. All connectors appear clean and in good shape. The harness appears to be intact. I'm starting to go in circles. Anybody have anything else?

Did the Fuel Pump Relay click when you grounded pin 6 with key on?

Hi Subford, No it didn't, it was because two wires had rubbed thru on the inner fender well. They were tucked under the other harnesses, got the light just right to see specks of blue corrosion dust. Patched 'em up and she started right up.

Check engine light still out, speedometer broke but it runs pretty good for a tired truck.
