4 Wheel Drive

Is it hard on the Front Axles to have the Wheels cranked all the way to the stops in either direction or should one try and maintain a more or less straight ahead attitude when using 4 Wheel Drive..

It will strain the axles and the power steering system if you keep the wheels cranked to one side or the other all the time.

Remember you don't use 4wd unless your on snow, loose gravel, dirt.

yea,its not the best for the front end,try to keep the wheels off the steering stops when you are under a hard acceleration.you could break axles,and all sorts of parts if your wheels are cranked all the way over.-billy
