'76 with 460
I was at the local junkyard getting parts, they're crushing so I got a lot of parts very cheap. Anyway, here's my quetion: There is a '76 1/2 ton that according to the VIN # has a factory 460. I didn't think 460's were available in 76, and I didn't think they ever came in 1/2 tons. The front end is wrecked and the box is pretty rusty, but the cab could actually be pretty good. Is this a rare truck and therefore worth trying to purchase. I could get it for the crushing price.
I wish I had the VIN # so I could post it, I have it written down somewhere, but I can't find it right now. If I find it later I will post it.
Thanks
Frank
