I know I strapped a Correvit data logger to my 7.3l not long after I got it.
0-60 took 13.52seconds. (4.10 DRW rear end, 6 speed) - was launched in 4x2, with the dually and a stick launching in 4x4 provided no significant benefit.
I am guessing, but a 6.0l auto Reg cab launched in 4x4 would be capable of around 9.0s. Possibly even less.

When the 6.0 was originally released in 03, Motor Trend's Truck Trend magazine (Sept/Oct) reported 0-60 in 8.12 seconds. In 04, Motor Trend (Sept) reported 8.5 seconds.
There has been discussion that the 0-60 times increased slightly for the 05's but I don't have any specific hard data-
