Dash Lights are not working.

The inst lights are seperate and should run off the small fuse. Mine uses the #3 wire, white/blue. You should be able to test it with a test light or volt meter. I think it gets it's power from the light switch to the fuse then to the back of the guage cluster.
Mine is a 73, but I don't know for sure that the wires wern't changed with the cab (previous owner swap).
I'd check for the 12volts at the light switch, then check at the fuse when the parking lights are on.
Right turn on mine has two wires both black in the #7 spot at the rear of the guage cluster.
Could be a faulty light switch, if you apply 12volts to the #3 wire (white/blue) then the lights should come on.
Hope this helps.

Check the grounds at the right turn signal/headlight ground bolt. It should be located on top right side of the rad support, two black wires. This problem is common in these old trucks. Also check the trun signal socket for corrosion.
