Ford 2000 Equator

Ford is to auction off the Concept 2000 Equator Truck at the Texas State Fair Nov. 18-20. Proceeds are to go to charity. Edit: It will be auctioned off at the Dallas Market Hall, were ever that is on Nov.19

Why can't you title it, drive it around? They drove it into an Auto show and under the hood it looked complete.

It's a one-off, non-registerable vehicle not intended or legal for street use, it says so in the last paragraph in the article. If you had a large dealership like, say, Suburban, it might be a nice thing to have sitting in the showroom.
