How many miles between synthetic oil changes?

I have to agree with Chippa. I have been reading Oil lube websites for over a year now and have seen so many first hand stories of people going well over 150K miles with Dino oil at 3k-4k+ mile OCI's. And also tons of UOA's that show dino and syn blends doing just as well as syn's unless going with "long" OCI's. With that being said, I must have some part of my brain missing because I still can't convince myself to stop using Mobil1 5w-30 in all my vehicles.... Somebody help me !!!!!!!!!!! If I was eating this stuff I would swear they were adding a chemical that keeps people addicted to it.
