I would look for a 94 since that was the first year of PSD's. They had three engines in 94, 7.3 IDI NA, 7.3 IDI Turbo and 7.3 PSD. First year PSD had same growing pains as every new engine does, but there is much knowledge out there on how to fix things now.
Welcome to FTE. The 93 is not a PSD, although it is a 7.3 diesel. They do not have a turbo. They have less hp and torque, but also less problem to maintain. If it is auto trans it will need a little work. A lot of pros and cons to each. I have a 90 and a 96 PSD. I like them both for different reasons. What are you going to do with it? What needs do you have in a truck? That will help determine what you should buy. Also, finances are important. What you want to spend could dictate what you get.
Trike 1946 The truck is advertised as only having 53000 original miles. And original owner. I have not seen it yet but was told by a friend that there were some problems with the engines around this time. I have a 1992 with 260000 miles on it and thought it might be a real find. Bugle.
I have a 90 that runs great. There can be problems with cavitation with the diesels. And the automatics need to be upgraded a little. 53K is pretty low milage. I would check into it a little more.
You may want to think about that mileage those odometers dont have a 100,000.0 the one is not there. so you may be getting 153,000 or 253,000 or even 353,000 its hard to tell. the tell you 53 but it may be more

My 93 has the 6 digit digital odometer so it shows when you're in the 100k, 200k, ect. I just assumed that all the trucks that year were the same. Mine reads 350K miles right now. It is also one of the few that came with the factory turbo. I'm the second owner but the previous owner is a good friend. The only major problem they had was that the a/c would die and since it was in Phoenix that's a big problem. I've had it for two years now and have only had to replaced the injectors and lift pump.
