This is going to be a tough one. Can we consider this truck to be a Mazda, with a foreign alternator on it?

Luckily there is only so many ways you can do something, and charging systems are not any different.

How many wires are hooked to the alternator, and what are the letters or labels if any on the alt case, and wire colors?

How many wires are on the regulator, and what are their colors and labels on the regulator?

Maybe we can figure this out.

i know that there are seven wires coming out of the regulator, and the colors are in abreviation as follows. w-r, w-b, y-g, b-y, b, and finally w. and then a blue wire that goes to a condensor. ill have to get back to u on the altanator wires and colors.

Is there any letters next to where the wires are hooked (A,I,S,F) ?
Does b = black or blue

If you get it all hooked back up, and it still doesn't charge, see if you have voltage on the "f" terminal when it's running.

Before you do that, measure the battery voltage with the truck off. Then measure it with the truck running. It should be higher when the truck is running, hopefully around 14 volts. That will be a quick way to see if it's charging or not.
