i was thinking of getting a superchips, i was wondering what kind of warrenty issues will be running into with it.

none at all if you just return it back to stock before taking it in to the dealer

I don't think it will affect your warranty as long as you return it to the stock settings before you go into the dealer. I have Hypertech's Power Programmer for my 2004 F-150 FX4 and just had it in for the 30K service and before I took it in I returned the computer to stock settings. Then after I got it back I reprogrammed it back to the way I wanted it.
