I have a '68 Longbed stepside. Check my gallery. I have not seen another one, nor any reference to one.
Why do you ask?
On a side note: An oddity from a production standpoint is that they still notched the rear DS fender for the side mounted spare even though on a long bed the spare is far enough from the fender to not need one.
