Buzzers !
I love my 86 F-250. 460 4spd. but I'm tired of all the buzzing going on, is it easy to unhook the ignition buzzer ? so I don't have to remove the keys. as well I'd like to disable the starter cut out switch so I can start the truck in neutral without depressing the pedal. speaking of which, how does a guy use a remote starter with a set up like this ?

If you pull the keyswitch cylinder out of the column, along with the steering wheel, there is a little switch up there that you can take loose to stop the buzzing.
There is of course a switch on the clutch pedal for the starting circuit. You need to jump the red/blue wires together.
As far as remote starting, you will be hard pressed to find one that will work. I think someone before mentioned that there may be one out that will work, but it's going to be expensive. The problem is your truck has a carb. So the system will need something to pull on the accelerator to set the choke. And then it will have to re-try if it doesn't start, since we all know a choke/carb system can be a little finicky sometimes.

I may pull the cylinder and steering wheel off and take a look, but I was thinking if I can locate the buzzer itself and just pull a wire off it might work, we'll see.
I'll try joining the red/blue wires together for the clutch pedal switch.
As for the remote starter, I should have explained it better, I was thinking of the type you use when your checking compression with the hood up, mechanics probably have a clamp of some kind to hold the clutch switch in contact.

If that's the only reason you want to get rid of the clutch switch, I would not do it. It would be better to leave the clutch switch in place, and you do not need to remove it for the remote starter you want to use.
Here's a generic diagram of the starting circuit. All you have to do is get a switch(a horn switch you can buy in the store will do) and hook it up to point #3 and point #5 in the diagram above. This will bypass everything but be careful. If you do leave it in gear and use this switch, the truck can leap forward and pin you against the garage wall.

Yeah right, I'd forgotten about that, it's the old screwdriver way we used to turn the engine over, thanks for the diagram.
I'd still like to get rid of the clutch starter switch though, I'm more used to the old musclecars and I find it a pain pushing clutches in to start engines and pull keys out to stop buzzing and all that, I couldn't believe when I first opened the hood on this truck, two huge air pumps along with the AC compressor you could hardly see the 460 ! all that stuff is long gone now, you actually had to remove the air compressor mounting bracket to replace the inline fuel filter, now I can see and work on the old beast.
