Not sure I understand the question, and the pictures not much help. How about taking some detailed pictures of the problem?

You have a radiator mounted, are you saying the frame ends there, and there is no way to bolt the core support to the frame? If so, a picture of the area in front of the radiator is needed.

Did you buy this project with the Ranger frame or did you put this frame under the truck? I think you are running into the problems that most people face when trying to modify a newer frame to fit the older truck cab and sheetmetal. It is really difficult to answer your question without seeing the problems firsthand. You have a great deal of work ahead of you to make everything fit correctly and that depends on your skill level and experience.

I bought it with the 94 frame. sorry for the wording, i am sick and really tired and i know noneof it makes any sence. I just took some pics so I will have them up by next monday then i will try to explane it again. ***** i don't have a radiator mounted but i have the support (not mounted) the radiator mount you see in the pics is off an old model A or an old tractor? pics to be posted by monday

I would suggest mocking up the front fenders as best as you can. Then mount the core support to the inner fenders. Form there you will probably have to build a cross member to hold the bottom of the core support.

Note: I think when someone puts a sub frame under a car/truck they re-attach the front of the original frame. So they can use the factory core support mount and if they choose to run a bumper. Hope this helps some. If not just ask.

Would a tilt front end be a good choice for this?

I'd try to find an original frame to take a bunch of measurements off of. Things like length from bumper mount to front cab mount. Drop to bumper mount. Releationship of radiator crossmember to both of the above. Makes it a lot easier. I'm in the middle of a similiar setup, although I only used part of another frame for my front end. Makes it a lot easier if you can integrate parts of the original frame.
