93 Ranger 4.0 pinging, bogging...

I have a 1990 ranger 2.9 and Ive cleaned everything, comlete tune up, distribitor
MAP cleaned and replaced, OS sencor and I still get a code 41 No exhaust gas Oxygen switching detected allways indicating lean?, no RPM control cannot control RPM low during self test or idle control inopertive. How do I get my power back, I can't get up the hill!

Is your 41 a KOER code, memory code, or both? The KOER RPM control code is often symptomatic rather than diagnostic. Are these the only codes that come up (other than 11's)? If you do get 11's, where are they coming up at (in other words, which tests are passing)? Have you thoroughly checked the O2 sensor signal wire between the sensor and the computer? Computer grounds intact (best checked electrically rather than visually)? What is your fuel pressure? Vacuum/Exhaust leaks?
