Air Cabin Filter

Need to change my air cabin filter........I know it is on the fire wall.......But how to access it? Do you have to take off the winshield washer plate to access it?
Any info to help me with this matter would help alot!

If it has one, it can be reached by removing the passengerside kick panel.

Like LXman said, its not under the hood, it on the a/c ducting under the passenger's side dash.
