Hey Austin, it can be if you're making your own... Or in the case of the hoodlams in my neighborhood, stealing your own...

I'm just waiting for them to siphon off of my Excursion and pour a few gallons of diesel in their rice burners... It won't take long to figure out who it was...

Hey Midway_FUBAR,

You are right, it won't take long to figure that one out. I had somebody to steal 2 gas cans off of my trailer 1 at a time. Then I filled the last one with diesel fuel and waited. The man even threatened to sue me for the repair bill for his Toyota car. I told him to try and I would LMAO in the court room. Man did that car sound like crap.

That is crazy! If you told me that you wanted me to pay for the repairs to your car due to the diesel that you STOLE from me I would have to:

1: Laugh at you until my sides hurt because you're an idiot.

2: Kick your butt halfway across the county for stealing my fuel.

3: Laugh at you some more because you're still an idiot...

That's great, I needed a good laugh this morning...

How about: 4. All of the above, and repeat as deemed necessary!

Austin

I'm reminded of a saying:

There are two types of people in this world...
Those who agree with me,
and Idiots!

Talking

Reminds me of an incident years ago. Lived in a rural area, and a spare truck tire disappeared from my front porch. Later followed by a gas can. Then another. Whatever wasn't locked up would eventually disappear. So, one day I got out my chainsaw, my gas can, and went up along a hedgerow to trim some trees. "Fueled" the chainsaw at one end of the hedgerow, and worked my way down the row. An hour later I quit, and "forgot" the gas can, and left it out overnight. Next morning it was gone, along with the four gallons of sugared gas it contained. Nothing more for several weeks. Happened into our local garage, and here was 2 snowmobiles having the engines rebuilt. Mechanic said they had been sugared! Wonder how that happened?

Never seen a sugared motor myself, but I hear that it gums it all up once it gets inside.

Thats what I have heard as well. . .but I thought you needed polar molecules to break down sugar granuals. . .so what cuases the actual gumming-up?

EDIT*

Never mind, it doesn't: http://www.snopes.com/autos/grace/sugar.asp

FWIW, sugar doesn't dissolve in gas

yeah, I have two rottweilers that roam the yard. Neighbors keep having that problem, things missing. I think I know where there three cats are, but the gas, lawnmower, and tires are a mystery...........its amazing what 310 total pounds of guard dog will do
