All crossmembers the same?
I was wondering if the crossmember under a '74 F250 with FE big block or 460 w/ auto is the same throughout the 70's F250 or F350 models (except 4x4)? I have one out of a '76 F350 crew cab to replace the one in mine (misplaced). Is this the same as what came in it? The crew cab was a 390 4spd. Also, I need to drill the two back holes out for the upper bolts (under the cab floor) on the frame. Shouldn't these holes be there already or is the crossmember wrong? Or did it not get drilled from the factory like it should have been? Thanks for any info!
