Fully Loaded XLT vs Lariat...Differences ?

Can you get a lariat with a black XL front end? I think my next truck will be the XLT with chrome and carpet delete. I have't built a truck at the dealer, only online, but it seems like their are more options then they list on the internet. Is this the case? planning for 2009 MY, will order early in 2008
