1986 E150 fuel pump relay location?

1986 E150 fuel pump relay location?
please don't tell me it's next to the computer in the passenger side kick panel?
if it is I have a problem, they are both 4 pin, and autozone and pepboys relays both have 5 pins inside. So I'm assuming i'm looking at the wrong relays.
So can anyone tell me the real relay location?
also what's the 3 prong relay on the drivers side inside fender wall, up near the windshield? I saw it WAS put on wrong, but i think my buddy pulled it and put it back on wrong while we were looking for the right relay. I noticed it on wrong nad hooked it back up right, haven't noticed any change.
