2005 excursion noises

2005 excursion noises
I have new 2005 Excursion diesel that makes a squeeling noise when decelerating around 40 mph. I also have a lound drone between 60-65 while accelerating or going uphill in O/D. I had a 2003 and it was nothing like this. I hope this is not normal?
