Front and rear axles

What axles are in a 2001 F250 CC 4X4 SB? Dana front and Ford rear? Which models of each? Thanks, couldn't find anything when I searched.

Usually its a dana 50 in front and a sterling 10.25" in the back. But you may have ended up with a Dana 60 like i did in front of my F350 CC SRW. which only comes on duallys they say. If you are going to be doing some gearing run the axle id through ford parts department and let the tell you exactly what it is. They look the same to the naked eye.

You have a Dana 50 front axle with 3.73 gears and an open differential. The Rear is a 10.5", 3.73 LS.

Thanks for the info. That limited slip is just that...it slips real easy with limited effort!!! Didn't help a bit on the boat ramp the other day!
