All of the replacement inner workings are available through The Graveyard. OEM tailgate shells are a bit pricey but the aftermarkets are very good quality. Autofab sells aftermarket fiberglass T-gate shells. And lastly, just as a tip, if you end up needing to replace the entire shell, make certain you take a little extra time to read through the advice given here @ FTE about corrosion prevention in replacement gates so you aren't dealing with the same problem all over again in a few years.
