electrical problem?

Hello Kwikkordead,
I have a 94 F 150 w/ a rebuilt transmission. The OD light comes on now just after 8,000 on a nrw rebuilt tranny.Anyway, I got the Speed Sensor for the rear differential, yet don't know the steps to replace it. I have a E40D trans if that helps w/ an inline 6 300 motor. What would be the steps to replace it into the differential?
