Explorer Blend Door Actuator Not Working

Explorer Blend Door Actuator Not Working
I have a 1999 Ford Explorer Limited with automatic air conditioning. I just replaced the blend door actuator but now the servo does not move when changing the air temperature. It moved when I connected the cable to the new unit before the replacement. I checked the fuse at the side of the dash and it is ok. The connector looks ok as well. Any ideas? Is there another fuse or something?
