wheel bearings

On my '79 f-150 i'm replacing the front wheel bearings. i have a 300 i6 but the guy at NAPA sold me wheel bearings for an f-150 with a 351... i was wondering if the bearings would be the same anyways... i would think they'd be the same since the axle's should both be 44's i would think. thanks
